Krom\u011b \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky, kterou v projektu reprezentuje Integra\u010dn\u00ed Centrum Praha, se projektu \u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed organizace z Bulharska, Chorvatska, It\u00e1lie a Slovenska.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00edlem projektu INTEGRA bylo zefektivnit proces dlouhodob\u00e9 integrace cizinc\u016f z t\u0159et\u00edch zem\u00ed pomoc\u00ed sd\u00edlen\u00ed znalost\u00ed a zku\u0161enost\u00ed na \u00farovni m\u011bst nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d vybran\u00fdmi zem\u011bmi. Navzdory tomu, \u017ee je integra\u010dn\u00ed politika ur\u010dov\u00e1na a \u0159e\u0161ena p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na n\u00e1rodn\u00ed \u00farovni, hraj\u00ed m\u011bsta d\u016fle\u017eitou roli, a to p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm z hlediska podpory spolupr\u00e1ce mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi v\u00fdznamn\u00fdmi akt\u00e9ry na poli integrace a ve vytvo\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed k realizaci integra\u010dn\u00ed politiky. Projekt si klade za c\u00edl identifikovat st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed a budouc\u00ed v\u00fdzvy v oblasti integrace, vytvo\u0159it konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed k \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f spojen\u00fdch s integrac\u00ed na lok\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00farovn\u00ed a nav\u00e1zat spolupr\u00e1ci mezi v\u00fdznamn\u00fdmi stakeholdery, experty, jednotliv\u00fdmi sektory, m\u011bsty a zem\u011bmi. V neposledn\u00ed \u0159ad\u011b chce tento projekt p\u0159isp\u011bt k prohlouben\u00ed vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9ho porozum\u011bn\u00ed mezi migranty a v\u011bt\u0161inovou spole\u010dnost\u00ed a odstran\u011bn\u00ed vz\u00e1jemn\u00fdch p\u0159edsudk\u016f a obav.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trv\u00e1n\u00ed projektu<\/strong>: Leden 2018 \u2013 Prosinec 2019<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hlavn\u00ed partner<\/strong>: Sofia Development Association (Sofie, Bulharsko)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ostatn\u00ed partne\u0159i<\/strong>: RiskMonitor Foundation (Sofie, Bulharsko), Research Center on Security and Crime (It\u00e1lie), Center for Peace, Nonviolence and Human rights (Osijek, Chorvatsko), ETP-Slovakia (Slovensko), Integration Center Prague (\u010cesk\u00e1 republika)<\/p>\n<p>V\u00edce informac\u00ed o projektu naleznete <a href=\"http:\/\/www.integra-eu.net\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">zde<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Tato metodick\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edru\u010dka vznikla ve spolupr\u00e1ci s Integra\u010dn\u00edm centrem Praha v r\u00e1mci mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edho projektu INTEGRA, kter\u00fd si klade za c\u00edl zlep\u0161it proces dlouhodob\u00e9 integrace cizinc\u016f z t\u0159et\u00edch zem\u00ed (CTZ) na \u00farovn\u00ed m\u011bsta v 5 zem\u00edch EU. Metodika v n\u00ed p\u0159edstaven\u00e1 je ur\u010den\u00e1 m\u011bst\u016fm (p\u0159edstavitel\u016fm m\u011bsta, m\u00edstn\u00edm \u00fa\u0159ad\u016fm, neziskov\u00fdm, organizac\u00edm, vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edm instituc\u00edm, migrantsk\u00fdm organizac\u00edm atd.) k vyhodnocen\u00ed jejich integra\u010dn\u00ed politiky a praxe. C\u00edlem p\u0159\u00edru\u010dky je pomoci m\u011bst\u016fm hledat odpov\u011bdi na z\u00e1kladn\u00ed ot\u00e1zky t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se problematiky integrace cizinc\u016f z t\u0159et\u00edch zem\u00ed, identifikovat p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky i mo\u017enosti integrace CTZ na lok\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00farovni, a vytvo\u0159it doporu\u010den\u00ed vedouc\u00ed ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u00e9 situace. Zp\u016fsob hodnocen\u00ed m\u011bsta, p\u0159edstaven\u00fd v t\u00e9to p\u0159\u00edru\u010dce, je zalo\u017een\u00fd na aktivn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dasti rozli\u010dn\u00fdch akt\u00e9r\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b z\u00e1stupc\u016f majority a migrant\u016f, ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch instituc\u00ed a odborn\u00edk\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed se spole\u010dn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed diskus\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00edch mapovac\u00edch a hodnot\u00edc\u00edch aktivit. <\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-links\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/metropolevsech.pristup.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/City-audit-report-_-ICP-CZ.pdf\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">INTEGRA \u2013 Prague City audit report \u2013 CZ<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/metropolevsech.pristup.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/City-audit-report-_-ICP-EN.pdf\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">INTEGRA \u2013 Prague City audit report \u2013 EN<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Toto hodnocen\u00ed m\u011bsta vzniklo v r\u00e1mci projektu INTEGRA v pr\u016fb\u011bhu roku 2018 za \u00fa\u010delem zmapovat a vyhodnotit integra\u010dn\u00ed politiku a praxi na \u00farovni hl. m\u011bsta Prahy. V r\u00e1mci hodnocen\u00ed byly vyu\u017eity metody p\u0159edstaven\u00e9 v metodick\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edru\u010dce, kter\u00e1 vznikla v r\u00e1mci t\u00e9ho\u017e projektu, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b: desk research (sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed v\u00fdzkum), focus groups (fokusn\u00ed skupiny), city walks with checklists (evalua\u010dn\u00ed proch\u00e1zky m\u011bstem s dotazn\u00edkem) a PhotoVoice. Hodnocen\u00ed prob\u011bhlo za \u00fa\u010dasti a ve spolupr\u00e1ci se z\u00e1stupci m\u011bsta (magistr\u00e1tu a m\u011bstsk\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed), neziskov\u00e9ho sektoru, akademick\u00e9 obce i samotn\u00fdch migrant\u016f.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet-links\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/metropolevsech.pristup.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Prague-CITY_INTEGRATION_AGENDA-CZ.pdf\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Integra\u010dn\u00ed pl\u00e1n \u2013 Doporu\u010den\u00ed v oblasti integrace cizinc\u016f pro hlavn\u00ed m\u011bsto Praha<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/metropolevsech.pristup.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/City-Agenda_EN_final.pdf\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Prague City Integration Agenda<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Integra\u010dn\u00ed pl\u00e1n (jako jedna z 5 pl\u00e1n\u016f vytvo\u0159en\u00fdch v 5 m\u011bstech zapojen\u00fdch do projektu) p\u0159edstavuje n\u00e1vrhy a doporu\u010den\u00ed pro p\u0159edstavitele m\u011bsta za \u00fa\u010delem zefektivn\u011bn\u00ed lok\u00e1ln\u00ed integra\u010dn\u00ed politiky a praxe (s ohledem na dva nejpravd\u011bpodobn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed budouc\u00ed sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159e v\u00fdvoje m\u011bsta Prahy t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se p\u0159\u00edtomnosti CTZ). Tato doporu\u010den\u00ed budou n\u00e1sledn\u011b zahrnuta do existuj\u00edc\u00edch strategick\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f m\u011bsta. Zaslouz\u030ci\u0301 si, aby se pedagogic\u030cti\u0301 pracovni\u0301ci na jejich pr\u030ci\u0301chod na\u0301lez\u030cite\u030c pr\u030cipravili a aby k nim pr\u030cistupovali s pochopeni\u0301m pro jejich schopnosti a dovednosti. Jejich neznalost jazyka prima\u0301rne\u030c neurc\u030cuje, do ktere\u0301ho roc\u030cni\u0301ku budou zar\u030cazeni. De\u030cti a z\u030ca\u0301ci s OMJ jsou zar\u030cazova\u0301ni podle ve\u030cku a pr\u030cedchozi\u0301ho dosaz\u030cene\u0301ho vzde\u030cla\u0301ni\u0301. Ti\u0301m pa\u0301dem se mu\u030az\u030ce pozornost obou pedagogu\u030a zame\u030cr\u030cit na mens\u030ci\u0301 poc\u030cet de\u030ct\u00ed. Role uc\u030citele se zme\u030cni\u0301, vy\u0301uku spi\u0301s\u030ce koordinuje a r\u030ci\u0301di\u0301 a na\u0301sled- ne\u030c, stejne\u030c jako asistent, dohli\u0301z\u030ci\u0301 na pru\u030abe\u030ch pra\u0301ce ve skupina\u0301ch.
