New Telephone Number

There has been a change in the telephone number and the operating hours of the helpline of the Ministry of the Interior of the CR. 

The new telephone number of the hotline for information and appointments of the Department for Asylum and Migration Policy (OAMP): 974 801 801.  

The new operating hours: Monday – Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

The hotline is available only in Czech and it is intended to provide information on the following matters: 

•         General questions regarding immigration issues.
•         Clarification of application requirements.
•         Explanation of the procedure of residence issues and advice on which office to contact.
